2015 June 7 Announcements

Thanks to everyone who helped with Vacation Bible School last week. Many were blessed by the teachings from God’s Word, fellowship together and singing. Also, thanks to everyone who helped with the crafts. For anyone that would like to see what the students made there will be a display in the World Relief room this coming Wednesday evening and Sunday.

Our Bible class students, teachers and some parents will be leaving this Saturday, June 13th for a mission trip to the Galilean Home Ministries in Kentucky. Please pray for a safe and inspirational journey for the Bible class. They plan to return home on Saturday, June 20th.

The Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka has openings for two positions. The Human Resources Coordinator position is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of new employees and the administration of employee benefits. The second position is the Volunteer Development Coordinator who is responsible for the recruitment and placement of volunteers within the various areas/services of the Home. Both of these positions are critical in providing the resources needed to serve our residents. For additional information or to apply please visit the Home’s website or call Bro. Tom Hoffman or Sis. Kim Joos at the Home.

We plan to have our monthly singing at the Eureka Home this Saturday starting at 6:45.

You are invited to help support the Eureka Area Food Pantry at the Eureka Market on Saturday, June 20th. Mangold Ford will have new cars to drive. The Food Pantry receives donations from the Ford Motor Company for each drive. Please go to the parking lot on the east side of the Court House to participate.

The Father son camp out will be June 26th and 27th. All men are invited. Click-here for more information.

The Annual Brotherhood Conference will be held Friday, August 7th, 2015 in Morris, MN. There is a signup sheet at the information center. Please consider supporting our Elder body in this way. It is a wonderful day of spiritual teaching, encouragement, and unity of spirit. There are also blessings in traveling together and deepening the spiritual relationships between us. The Church building in Morris is very large, and will be able to accommodate all who can attend. If you have questions, or want more information, please see Bro. Mike Grimm.

We plan to have testimonies and Baptisms for Gage and Serena Bauman on August 15th and 16th.

We would like to consider adding another minister in our Goodfield congregation. We plan to have an exhortation Sunday morning, July 12th and will be sending out a yes/no ballot at that time on whether to proceed. Please take the next month to spend time in prayer to God that we could feel his direction and for His will to be done amongst us.
