Our collection for the month of February is for the Apostolic Christian Church HarvestCall Mission Collection. Contributions support our church’s work in spreading the gospel message of salvation. Your donations are used to:
• Distribute Bibles throughout the world
• Fund missions in Mexico, the Caribbean, India, and Japan (this includes our Sister Erin Davis and Bro. Kurt and Sis. Joan)
• Support prison ministries
• Translate, print and disperse hymnbooks, tracts and other materials
• Build church facilities in Europe
• Assist our small congregations
• Support the Athens Preschool
• Add Christian literature into World Relief’s aid shipments

Please be prayerful for Bro. Jeff Wiegand as he teaches the Friends Bible study each Sunday morning this month. Feel free to invite a friend or neighbor. Due to the fellowship hall renovation, this is being held in the world relief room in the church basement.
HarvestCall sewing is Tuesday from 9-noon. We will be tying comforters and packaging Bibles for distribution. Babysitting will be provided at the church. All are welcome to join us.
There will be choir practice this Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Bro. Daryl and Sis. Lucy Blunier's home at 7:00. Everyone is welcome to attend.
We will be having a cleanup day this coming Wednesday at the fellowship hall, starting at 8:00 a.m. Everyone is invited. Please sign up at info center. Contact Bros. Norm Ricketts or Mark Rocke with questions.
Bro. Mark Schmidgall from Mediapolis, Iowa will be here this Wednesday evening and his topic will be Christ’s teaching on “Living In the world, but not of the world” Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
The Eureka Home singing will be this Saturday at 6:45pm.
The young group babysitting will be Saturday, February 13th from 5-9 in the evening at the Goodfield Grade School. This is for kids ages potty-trained through 8th grade.
Reminder- Eureka Home Auction Saturday, March 5. Bake Sale - 10a, lunch stand 10:30, Auction starts at noon. We would like to encourage families to come - there will be activities for children that day. There is also a need for donated food items for the bake sale and new items or services for the auction. There is a signup sheet for pies at the message center. Your contributions are appreciated. Please see Sisters Lanae Wiegand or Jill Wagner if you have any questions.
The Bloomington Midwest Food Bank Gala and Auction will be held at 6 pm, Saturday, April 16th at the Bloomington location. Midwest Food Bank helps over 900 organizations and distributes over $6.85 million dollars of food each month nationwide. The Goodfield Committee is in need of auction items or cash donations with which to purchase auction items. To make a donation, please contact Bro. Ron & Sis. Kary Wiegand, Bro. Mike & Sis. Paula Hartman, or Bro. Lee & Sis. Alice Ruegsegger. Tickets to the prime rib Gala dinner are also available at $50 per person. Thank you so much for supporting this worthwhile effort!

We plan on getting results on Monday(2/8) from the scan this past week, and really appreciate everyone’s prayers. If the scan looks good, maintenance treatments will continue on 3 week schedule.
Please be prayerful for Sis. Heidi Schumacher as she and Bro. Dan plan to be in Kansas for the next few weeks getting special treatment for Lyme disease. Sister Heidi would like to thank each of you for all the prayers and love you have shown them over the years.
Marvin (Muck) Knapp passed away yesterday. Please keep Jodi Knapp and her family in your prayers. When arrangements are known we will send it thru our call system.
We rejoice with Tate Taufer as he has turned his life over to the Lord in repentance. May he feel God’s nearness and grace! Surely there is joy in heaven today! Tate is the son of Bro. Ted and Sis. Kenda Taufer.
