2016 July 24 Announcements

Items are still needed for the Gateway Woods auction.  Please see Bro. Craig or Sis. Marla Wiegand if you would like to donate a new or antique item. The auction will be held Saturday, August 6th in Leo, Indiana.

The young group Parent supper is planned for July 31st at the Fellowship Hall starting at 5:30pm. Let Sis. Audrey Ruegsegger or Sis. Haley Rokey know if you have any questions.

Vacation Bible School will be August 1-5. There is a sign-up sheet at the information center for anyone that can bring a pie that week. Please see Sis. Missy Post if you have any questions.

The week of VBS we will again be collecting for the children's homes in Jamaica (New Hope & En Gedi House) where Sis. Erin Davis is involved. There will be boxes placed at each of the doors for baby lotion, shampoo, baby wipes, formula & diapers. We will also be taking monetary donations enabling HarvestCall to help with the operations of these homes. Please put checks in the boxes marked Jamaica Children's Homes. God bless you for your continued support of our mission in Jamaica.

Greetings from the Eureka congregation!  We look forward to serving our Brotherhood the week of the conference.  Continue to pray for the presence of the Holy Spirit as our dear Elder Brothers labor in His service.   There will not be the typical Thursday HarvestCall Informational meeting as in past years, but instead a meeting for representatives only.   For any questions related to HarvestCall, please contact your representative.

Note from Bro. Cecil Nohl: For my 99th birthday I want to thank God and all of the people for their prayers, cards and food items.  Thank you very much!

Thanks to all who helped with and attended our fellowship hall dedication and open house on Sunday.  You can download a copy of the construction picture slide show here.

We rejoice with Angie Hartman (Bro. Jim & Sis. Ree) as she has turned her life over to the Lord in repentance. May she feel His nearness and grace. We are so thankful that God is still patient and calling souls to repentance and conversion.

We are very thankful to announce that Braden Wiegand is at peace with God and man and is ready for baptism. Please pray for him and encourage Him during this most important time in his life.  If you have any words of encouragement or concerns, please contact him. We are so thankful that God is still patient and calling souls to repentance and conversion. Braden is the son of Bro. Brad and Sis. Karen Wiegand.
