The Eureka Home auction is over and it was very successful! Over $60,000 was raised which is very consistent with auctions in the past few years. Thanks again to all who participated in any way.

The Easter Sunrise Service is planned for Sunday, March 27th at 6:00 am. The service will be held in the church sanctuary this year, due to the ongoing construction at the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome and encouraged to attend! If you have any questions, feel free to contact Bro. David or Sis. Kasey Roth.

Bro. Jeff Grimm shared that the elders felt your prayers this week at the conference. They were effective and helpful. He plans to give and update in the next few weeks.

Vacation Bible School in Austin, Texas:

For the past three years, Austin Apostolic Christian Church has been going out to a small neighborhood called Stoney Point and holding Vacation Bible School for the local children. This is not your typical VBS. It is held outdoors under a large tent and it is not unusual to have a neighborhood dog wander through. Parents often accompany their children and may stick around to do crafts or just sit and talk while their children participate. The neighborhood is Spanish-speaking but the vast majority of children speak English fluently. Although it may be a little out of the ordinary, God is moving in his usual dynamic way in Stoney Point. This is a great opportunity, if you feel led, to be blessed to experience His heart for the children and their families and share the gospel. Whether it is making crafts, singing songs, reading a Bible story, playing games, or running a grill, there is something for everyone to do. The VBS will be held June 6-10. If you could be there for Sunday church on June 5, you would be able to enjoy fellowship with the small church in Austin. Accommodations are available for volunteers.

We rejoice with Trevor Rocke as he has turned his life over to the Lord in repentance. May he feel God’s nearness and grace! Surely there is joy in heaven today! Trevor is the son of Bro. Jedd and Sis. Marsha Rocke.
