2016 May 1 Announcements

Our monthly collection in May will be for the Apostolic Christian Counseling and Family Services in Morton.
Some of their services include:
• Individual counseling for marriage, mental health, raising children, addictions etc.
• Mentor training and development
• Seminars on a variety of topics
• Bible studies available for group or individual use.
• Printed material on many areas including, parenting, grief, emotions, marriage etc.

Thank you to all who helped on the Fellowship Hall cleanup Friday. With many willing hands, the work was completed by mid-morning and the new addition is ready for painting.

56 students from 12 churches volunteered to sing as a group for the Midwest Gospel Sing last night. They did an incredibly nice job. The Apostolic Christian Home for the Handicapped would like to thank them. You sounded beautiful and brought praise to God while helping those who are in need.

This is the last Sunday to sign up for the Crown Financial Bible Study.  Please sign up at the information center if you are interested. Any questions please see Bro. Kris & Sis. Heather Swords or Bro. Nate & Sis. Brittany Zeltwanger.

Volunteers are needed to help unload at the Food Pantry this Tuesday at 12:30.  Please see Sis. Dawn Maloney with questions.

ACTIVE will meet this Wednesday evening.

Note from Bro. Erik & Sis. Carrie Wiegand in Zambia, Africa:
Greetings to our brothers and sisters at Goodfield church. We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your prayers on our behalf. Our beautiful daughter is a true testimony of your intercession. We are humbled by your faithfulness in service to us and ultimately to the Lord. You have shown us aptly how the body of Christ works together for His glory. So many of you have blessed us with gifts and notes of encouragement. Because of your support and partnership we are able to serve the people of Zambia. Thank you for giving to the Lord.
Love, Erik and Carrie
Savannah, Jonas, Claire, Larissa and Jayde

We plan to have testimonies for Carly Hartman and Wyatt Rocke on Wednesday, May 18th and Baptisms on Sunday, May 22nd.

Sis. Millie Knapp suffered a light stroke on Friday.  She hopes to come home from the hospital later today. Please continue to lift her and Bro. Wes up to God in prayer.
