Note from Bro. Wes and Sis. Millie Knapp’s family:
Mom is recovering from her slight stroke at their duplex in Eureka but will no longer be able to care for our dad. We have some decisions regarding their living arrangements ahead. We need your prayers for wisdom, patience, & peace as we go through this process. It's hard but we have seen God opening doors & changing hearts & minds in amazing ways & we KNOW He's already in our tomorrows!
Note from Bro. Kurt & Sis. Joan Plattner:
Greetings in the Name of Jesus!
We’re sending this email to a large group of people to ask for your assistance in prayer and possibly in encouraging someone to consider serving as a teacher to our missionary children.
As many of you already know, we are currently looking for a teacher for the upcoming school year. We believe a school for our missionary children is the best option for our mission, both for the current families serving here and for recruiting families to join us in the field. At the present time, we have 6 children for the upcoming school year with the possibility of more if God directs other families to join our team to fill our open medical positions.
Please pray with us that God will direct the right person according to His plans for our mission. Also, if you know someone that could be a good fit, please encourage them to prayerfully consider this position.
Here is the teacher’s job description as listed on the HarvestCall website:
