Dear ACTIVE Parents and Church Family,
Although Christmas still seems like a ways off, we need to start collecting items to get ready to pack our Operation Christmas Child boxes! We will be packing them on Wednesday, November 4th. Our Active students love this activity & we know that kids all over the globe are blessed by this. Please join us in our venture to bless others!
If your child wants to pack a box- please reach out to Cassie Knepp (309-370-7907) by October 25. We have a limited amount of boxes to fill and want to make sure that every kid that comes will for sure have a box. Every box comes with a certain list of essential items. We will be shopping and getting all of those items ahead of time.
If you would like to contribute to the boxes, please see the details in the link at the bottom of the announcements email! There also will be a large tote in the women’s coatroom labeled “Operation Christmas Child”. Please put any toy donations into that tote by November 1. Reach out to Cassie Knepp at 309-370-7907 or
cassieknepp@gmail.com if you have any questions!
