Our collection for the month of April is for the Charity Fund.
We are doing a special collection in Sunday School to support the Ukrainian refugees. HarvestCall is putting together a special shipment of baby items in buckets. We will be collecting these items in Sunday School through May 1st in order to make it in the next shipment. Items are broken down by class. The general church population can also donate these items if interested. Please contact Bro. Troy or Sis. Carrie Blunier for questions.

Junior and Senior High Boys camps are approaching once again. This year, we face some unique challenges where we are in need of counselors and other supporting staff. Normally, we have a large enough pool of younger brothers to sufficiently fill the needs for our camp, but because our camp facilities assigned both camps to the same weekend, we are short on volunteers. To be clear, we are not blaming anyone or anything, these are simply the circumstances that we are in. However, because of this, we need older brothers and younger brothers to step up and be counselors and servant staff. Regardless of whether you have done this before, or are inexperienced, we need you! If we don’t get enough counselors volunteering to help, we will have to limit the number of campers that can attend.
If you need encouragement for volunteering, here it is: Boys camp is a wonderful opportunity for older brothers in the church to connect with the younger generation of men in our church, and establish Gospel centered relationships that will leave an impact on their lives. Speaking from personal experience, I (Alec Gramm) fondly remember my time at camp and enjoyed having an older brother in the church showing intentionality towards me. Not only that, but I enjoyed the time to get to know other kids from other churches, and still maintain those friendships to this day. For me (Caleb Sauder) camp was where I was challenged and pushed in my faith, and eventually led me to Christ. We want this opportunity for as many campers as possible, so please earnestly consider volunteering, and encouraging others to do so as well.
They need older brothers and younger brothers to step up and be counselors and servant staff. Regardless of whether you have done this before, or are inexperienced, they need you!
Both camps will be held from June 10-12. As a counselor, you would co-lead a cabin of 8-10 campers for the weekend through all of the various activities. If you are willing to volunteer, we sincerely thank you, and ask you to sign up with these links.

Thank you for your consideration and continued support of our church camps!
Many of you have probably heard of some changes that took place at the Eureka Home this week. Due to current circumstances related to resident census and staffing, after prayerful consideration, they have made the decision to temporarily close their dementia unit, Heiterland. If you have any interest in a nursing position, they would love to talk with you. They also have open positions for CNAs, Housekeepers, Activities Aides and Laundry. It is a joy to serve the elderly and they invite you to join them in this mission field! They also solicit your support and prayers as they navigate through these challenging times.
If you have any grave decorations on the ground at the cemetery, please remove them this week. It’s time for mowing and trimming.
