We will have a short meeting for all VBS volunteers immediately following church next Sunday, June 29th in the church basement.
LOCAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Thank you to everyone who submitted a ballot to approve our church by-laws and constitution. We received enough ballots and they overwhelmingly supported the changes.
Thanks to all the men and boys who participated in our annual Men’s Campout. It was a blessed night of fun and fellowship for all. Special thanks to Bro. Larry and Sis. Lori Wiegand for opening up their home and property to us again. It is a tremendous blessing! There were items left and they are in the men’s coat room.
Proclaim and Serve is coming up on July 11th and 12th. Please sign-up here if you are willing to help. Also, please sign up on the Proclaim and Serve website even if you are helping and not attending any of the sessions. We need exact numbers for food. See Bro. Kevin or Sis. Lindsay Wiegand with questions.
We would love for the congregation to sign up to pray for the Proclaim and Serve speakers and send a note of encouragement. Click here to see a list of speakers and break out leaders. Contact Sis. Becky Roberts with any questions.
Thanks to all who have signed up to help with Vacation Bible school July 14-18. We still need class leaders for a few classes. Please sign-up here if you would be willing to help. Contact Bro. Dan or Sis. Kayla Wiegand with any questions.
We are in need of the following volunteers.
Craft helper/Class leader: if you sign up for this position this is for all week. You follow the class to all the stations and help students with the craft.
It's time to start planning for the next school year again! We are collecting school items to pack 95 backpacks for heart house to distribute in our community. Please use the signup genius OR amazon link below to donate items for this cause. The amazon link will give you an option to mail the items directly to me.
