This Wednesday evening Bro. Kent Wiegand plans to lead a Bible study called “How do I Steward as an Administrator and not as an Owner?” Please be prayerful for Bro. Kent.
It is Goodfield’s turn to have Sunday morning services at the Eureka AC Home each Sunday in April. These services begin at 9:00 a.m. Up to 25 people (including children) can attend so please come help sing and support our ministers if you are able. Next Sunday, April 23rd, Bro. Nathan Wiegand will have the service and Bro. Darrell Stoller plans to lead the singing so please let one of them know if you plan to be there.
Our Bible Class is hosting ACYF Day next Sunday, April 23rd. We look forward to having the Bradford, Fairbury, and Eureka Bible Classes.
The Eureka congregation has invited Goodfield church for a hymn sing at their church on Sunday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. Attire is church clothes for the singing.
A ballot was emailed out to all members where they can vote on beginning the elder selection process in Goodfield. Please fill out the ballot by this Saturday, April 22nd.

There are many lost and found items in the women’s coat room on a table and hanging on the coat rack. Please check it out. Whatever is still there at the end of May will be taken to Goodwill.
We would like to thank everyone who volunteered Saturday for the Sunday school basement remodel demolition. We had 60 volunteers and were finished by noon! The third phase of demolition for the Sunday school remodel that was scheduled for next Saturday is not needed because of the great work done Saturday.
The Goodfield Men’s camp out will be on May 26th and 27th at Bro. Larry and Sis. Lori Wiegand’s. Invitations to follow, please save the date!
We are planning on May 27 and 28th testimonies and baptisms for Vinnie Schick, Sammie Barcikowski/Fisher and Joan Zimmerman. Testimonies will start at 6:30.
Proposed Timeline for Elder Selection:
· Asking for your support (this week)
· Tuesday May 9th: Minister and wives interviews
· Sunday May 14th: explanation of next steps
· Sunday May 21st: Frank Sauder, Ron Messner and James Fehr coming to exhort on Elder Duties, prayer and the process.
· Monday May 22nd: surveys are mailed out and due on May 31st.
· Sunday June 11th: Ron and James coming to announce results.
· August 20th: tentative ordination date
NATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Join AC LifePoints on Sunday, April 30th, at 6:00PM for the annual LifePoints Gospel Sing at FivePoints in Washington, Illinois! We have changed the day of this event from Saturday evening to SUNDAY evening to hopefully allow for more individuals to attend. We are excited to share the evening together in corporate worship and song! We are also looking forward to hearing from one of our residents’ family members about the impact Apostolic Christian LifePoints has had on their family’s life. Babysitting services will be provided, and the evening will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person. Online registration is encouraged but not required.
