A new Jobs section in AC Central — now open to any employer (business or nonprofit) who wishes to recruit Apostolic Christians — has been added to the latest update of AC Central (version 4.3). For a small fee, employers can post jobs to reach all registered AC Central users. And job seekers can now filter openings by location, job type, industry, pay, etc. and set up notifications. This service was created to respond to the multitude of requests from brethren — and other employers — who wanted some way to publicize their job openings to ACs across the country. This new service will help employers reach over 12,000 registered AC Central users across the country, enabling them to find honest, hardworking employees while — in some cases — facilitating crosspollination of members from one congregation to another. Any employer can use this service. It is NOT limited to just nonprofit mission-oriented jobs. This being a brand-new service, it may take a while for word to get around and employers to start using the service, so job seekers, are encouraged to check back regularly.
